Road Closure Form
Applicants shall email road closure forms to publicworks@galvestontx.gov, mbarnett@galvestontx.gov, and include engineering. Any road closure forms associated with a Temporary License to Use (TLTU) are required to have an approved TLTU with Engineering prior to the submittal of the road closure form.
For road closure forms associated with a Utility Right of Way (UROW) Permit, applicants shall obtain an approved UROW permit and coordinate with engineering. Please visit the Utility Right-of Way-Application page for more information on how to obtain a UROW permit.
