The Galveston Fire Department is asking residents to complete a survey in an effort to assess the quality of service the department provides and make any needed changes.
The Galveston Fire Department has put an increased emphasis on both internal and external communication. As a recipient of our services, residents’ direct feedback provides us the ability to continue to provide the service that is expected, or re-evaluate how our service is provided and make necessary adjustments.
The survey is available online and takes fewer than 10 minutes to complete.
“The Galveston Fire Department is committed to providing the highest level of public safety services for the community, and filling out this survey provides us the feedback we need to ensure we’re serving our residents well,” Fire Chief Charles Olsen said.
